Autre est la question d&rsquo;une prime d&rsquo;amateur que le courtier arriverait \u00e0 faire payer \u00e0 l&rsquo;acheteur. Mais la prime d&rsquo;amateur ne fait pas la valeur du bien, loin de l\u00e0. Donc m\u00eame si l&rsquo;acheteur a pay\u00e9 un prix surfait, le bien ne vaut pas le prix pay\u00e9 (valeur \u2260 prix).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;arr\u00eat est en fran\u00e7ais.
